I went to my san jiu jiu's house on 27 of december , my mum made a cake for my grandfather ,

Cinnaroll toys

When I went to McDonalds , I got this Cinnaroll toy , ''cause''I ate kids meal. My Cinnaroll toys are below.

McDonald's Toy.

I got a toy from McDonald's , but I got it when I was three years old , the McDonald's toy has lots of shiny things inside , you can shake it , if you shake it , all the shiny things will shake inside!!!!!!!!

Um, I was super small when I three years old , I was the same height as a two years old girl!!:l (ok) :) (funny) :( (do not think it is funny).

Homemade agar agar.

Yum! My mum made this delicious agar agar using agar agar powder.

Gula Melaka Agar Agar
Ingredients
The Milk Layer
1 tbsp agar agar powder
600 ml water
80g condensed milk

Method

1. Cook the milk layer by putting 600 ml water in a saucepan and turn on the heat, then whisk in agar agar.
2. Cook until agar agar is dissolved, then add in the condensed milk.
3. Pour into a cake pan to cool. Put in the fridge to set. When it is set, use a cutter to cut out the pattern.
4. Use a skewer or cake tester or satay stick or toothpick to remove the cut-outs and leave it aside. Leave the tray in the fridge while you cook the brown layer.

The brown layer
1 packet (13g) agar agar powder
1100 ml water
180g gula melaka
70g sugar

Method

1. While the milk layer is in the fridge, cook the brown layer by boiling all the ingredients together until dissolved.
2. Pass through a fine sieve.
3. Pour 1/2 portion of cooked brown layer over the prepared tray. Leave it to cool down and leave it fridge to harden. Cut out into individual square to show the cut out star in each square.
4. Place cut-out stars into small jelly moulds and fill up with balance brown layer.
5. Leave to cool before putting into the fridge to set.
6. When set, unmould and serve.

I usually wear shorts, hmm... well this is a panty; shorts panty but it's like shorts yeah, I ought to wear them.

I hang my Hello Kitty keychain on my school bag, I bring it almost every Mon-Fri. Especially weekends, I bring it to my ballet very often but my dad doesn't know.

My birthday cake

My birthday is on 24th of July. My mum made me this mango mousse cake. She made it for my birthday with mango jelly on top and some fruits, strawberry, blueberries and mangos.

My tooth.

My tooth is very small , it's like small bricks and small pebbles , not colourful pebbles okay do you know that?? Hmm......... I don't know. It's white pebbles. Really.

I go to ballet every Sunday ,except sometimes because my ballet teacher says we don't have to come to ballet because it is a holiday for us.
